Our Concrete Project Process
How a concrete project works from first contact to completion.
From Estimate to Completion
Contact & Initial Discussion
You contact us through our estimate form, email, or phone. We ask about your project type (commercial or residential), the services you need, your location, and your timeline. This helps us understand the scope before we visit the site.
Site Visit & Assessment
We visit the project site to assess conditions — soil type, existing concrete condition, access, drainage, grading, and any obstacles. For commercial projects, we review code requirements, ADA specifications, and coordination needs.
Detailed Estimate
We provide a written quote that covers permits, materials, labor, cleanup, and finishing. The estimate breaks down what is included so you can compare it directly with other quotes. The price we quote is the price you pay.
Scheduling & Preparation
Once approved, we schedule the work and handle permits. We coordinate material delivery, equipment staging, and any pre-work like demolition or grading that needs to happen before the pour.
Construction
We show up on the scheduled date, prep the site, form and reinforce, pour, finish, and cure the concrete. DFW heat and soil conditions factor into our timing and technique on every pour. Crew on time or $200 off for each late day.
Completion & Follow-Up
We clean the site, remove forms and equipment, and walk through the finished work with you. Free inspections for three years after completion give you added confidence that the work holds up.
